Electrical	Haunting	Blackout is a level 6 power that causes a blackout of electricity across the entire map, plunging every room into darkness and shutting off every machine that doesn't have its own power supply. Mortals who are in a lit room when the power goes out will become apprehensive and - if they're particularly afraid of the dark - will become afraid too. After a blackout occurs, mortals will begin moving towards the building's fuse box in order to switch the power back on.	6	Very Slow
