Shapeshifter is a Level 7 continous power that allows a ghost to assume the physical form of a nearby mortal. This is useful for allowing the ghost to roam throughout the mortal world, even through anti-ghost wards.
The person targeted with this power is likely to faint for a minute while the ghost is taking their shape. A mortal who sees a ghost shape shifted into their own body will suffer varying ammounts of madness and belief. Mortals who watch a ghost shape shifting or who see both the shape shifted ghost and the person they're shape shifted into at the same time will suffer heavy belief.
